As a college student I’m really happy this site exists, though the text-tutoring I find it to be really ineffective. Because all the time I am using waiting for my tutor to type back, and vise versa, is time I could be using to actively work on my assignments. I expected the website be a zoom-like scenario, where the tutoring was more personal, paced, and effective. I think that this service as a basic tool is great, but not for people who need active guidance to work better while actively listening and participating
